1. No Refund After Payment

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be provided. This applies to all software licenses, digital products, and subscription services.

2. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The software license, activation code, or service was not delivered due to our fault.

  • The delivered product is defective, corrupted, or completely unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

3. Digital Product Nature

All software and digital products are deemed non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, downloaded, or activated. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. Subscription Services

For subscriptions, cancellation will only stop the next billing cycle. Payments already made are non-refundable.
